This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of the mobile application Fasti Romani: Roman History (the "App"), developed by Eli Shupe ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data from users of the App. The App does not contain any analytics frameworks, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party software development kits that collect information about you or your device.
The App stores certain preferences and progress information locally on your device using the standard iOS UserDefaults system. This information includes your best streaks for each game mode, your unlocked achievements, your selected appearance and home-icon settings, and your preference for skipping previously answered questions. This information is stored only on your device, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is removed when you delete the App.
The App offers one optional, non-consumable in-app purchase (a voluntary tip). All in-app purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through its StoreKit framework in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy practices. We do not receive your name, email address, payment information, Apple ID, or any other personally identifying information in connection with a purchase. We are only informed, in aggregate, that a purchase has occurred.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The App is rated 12+ in the Apple App Store.
The App does not integrate with, share data with, or transmit data to any third party, with the sole exception of Apple's StoreKit framework as described in Section 3.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL, and the "Last updated" date below will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of the App.
